TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
When someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Our Contact Form on the Contact Page, requires Name, Email information alongside a message. Any data you submit through this contact form is not visible to other visitors or shared with anyone other than the necessary recipients within sayspire.com administration. The sayspire.com website does not log or store contact form submissions. The website acts as a middle man to forward submissions to the administrative email account responsible for handling contact form correspondence. As a contact form submission can only be sent by ticking the consent button, consent of handling that data is proven on submission.
We us the highly popular Mailchimp to handle email marketing. To comply with new GDPR rules when it comes to newsletter subscriptions, we now require a ‘double opt-in’ system to subscribe. This means that when you subscribe using the form on our website, you will then receive an email to confirm your subscription. If you do not confirm this then you will not be subscribed. You will also be asked to tick a box to confirm consent and agreement to this policy when submitting your email to this website. Thanks to Mailchimp’s ease of use, you can unsubscribe or change your details at any time with these options available at the bottom of all Newsletter emails.

However we are not obligated to hold this data indefinitely and any data submitted or logged may be removed at any time. By default, cookies are only stored for up to 30 days and are automatically removed after that.

As we don’t use user registrations or hold accounts on this website, there are no stored controls or settings that you can access directly to remove something you have submitted in every case.
